WHEREAS Elizabeth Wairimu Gachathi (ID/10245914), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.046 and 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title Nos. Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok Salient/4171 and 4180, respectively, situate in Nyandarua County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
