REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyawade Fredrick Owiti, of P.O. Box 21734–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.41 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kipeto/2279, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, i shall be reconstruct a replacement green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
