REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Wangare Kanguru (ID/2274315), of P.O. Box 79, Kutus in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.71 hectare or thereaboutss, situate in Kirinyaga County, registered under title No. Mutira/Kangai/1258, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost/misplaced at Kirinyaga Land Registry and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the land register under the rpovisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
