REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Kamau Kariuki (ID/6288324), of P.O. Box 126, Makuyu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1306 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kariaini/Block II/407, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
