REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kibe Kinyanjui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.160 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 4/Gatitu/105, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E103 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letter in favour of (1) Laura Muthoni Muraya (ID/0296128) and (2) Kinyanjui Kibe (ID/1205430), and whereas the land title deed issued to Kibe Kinyanjui (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 42 and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibe Kinyanjui (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
