THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Wanjira Muchira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.05 and 1.6190 hectares or thereabout, known as Mwea/Tebere/B/4441 and 7150, respectively, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Wang’uru in Succession Cause No. E52 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Susan Wanjeri Muchira (ID/29348925), and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Susan Wanjeri Muchira (ID/29348925), and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Wanjira Muchira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
