REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Oriengo Ochieng (deceased), of P.O. Box 159, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as C. Kasipul/Kamuma/870, situate in Rachuonyo County, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 505 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of David Odalo, of P.O. Box 159, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to the said David Odalo, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Oriengo Ochieng (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
