REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rama Omari Chimwaga, (2) Suleiman Said Yeya, (3) Hatibu Mjaka Mtengo and (4) Rama Ndoro Ngowa, are registered as owners of all that land known as Kwale/Diani Beach Block/1351 on 29th February, 2024, and whereas vide letter reference 41468/119 addressed to County Registrar Kwale from Directorate of Land Adminiistration indicating that Kwale/Diani Beach Block/1351 and Kwale/Diani Beach/Block/1352 were not available for allocation, hence the letter of allotment issued by the National Land Commission for the properties be classified as irregular, and having communicated to the above individuals in writing vide KWL/LR/VOL 1/6/24 to surrender the lease instrument and lease certificates in possession, and the said individuals having failed to return and surrender the said instrument for cancellation, notice is given from the date of this notice, the said certificate of lease issued to (1) Rama Omari Chimwaga, (2) Suleiman Said Yeya, (3) Hatibu Mjaka Mtengo and (4) Rama Ndoro Ngowa stands cancelled and of no effect, hence null and void .
