TENDER

NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KBH 454D, Toyota Harrier, Y.O.M. 2003, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle that was brought on 25th July, 2023 for service at our garage, formerly located at Mogadishu Road, off Lunga Lunga Road, Nairobi and which is currently lying at our new location at Kanisani Road, off Kangundo Road, Machakos, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken, that may include the cost of publication, failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the provisions of the Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
