NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and the authority of the court siting in Kisii Law Court in Misc. App No. E214/2024 to the owners/custodian of the following motor cycle and motor vehicle lying at Gesonso police station, Igonga police post and Suneka police post are informed to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and pay the cost of this notice, failure to which Messrs. Ikimwanya Auctioneers are authorized to sale them through public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owner.
