NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1189, in Volume DI, Folio 841/987, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Ismail Ahmed Hassan, of P.O. Box 108, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ismail Keinana Mohamud Yussuf, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ismail Keinana Mohamud Yussuf and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ismail Ahmed Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ismail Ahmed Hassan only.
