NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 877, in Volume D1, Folio 197/1027, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Nancy Akinyi Omolo (guardian), of P.O. Box 37596–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Shujaa Steve (minor), formerly known as Shujaa Schuster Omolo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shujaa Schuster Omolo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shujaa Steve, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shujaa Steve only.
