NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th June, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1316, in Volume D1, Folio 175/819, File No. MMXIV, by our client, Caroline Kajuju Muthinja (guardian), of P.O. Box 19001–00501, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Willan Mwenda Muthinja (minor), formerly known as Willan Mwenda Irungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Willan Mwenda Irungu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Willan Mwenda Muthinja, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Willan Mwenda Muthinja only.
