REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wambui Ngugi, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0460 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Nyandarua, registered under title No. Nyandarua/South Kinangop/13461, and whereas THE KENYA GAZETTE 13th September, 2024 sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
