THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Beatrice Wairimu Wainaina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.2023 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Makuyu/Kimorori/ Block III/2443, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E132 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters in favour of Thugeuh Wainaina (ID/1906770), of P.O. Box 3, Saba Saba in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Beatrice Wairimu Wainaina (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Beatrice Wairimu Wainaina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
