ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 60 of the County Governments Act, 2012 as read together with section 14 (1) of the Irrigation Act, 2019, and in effort to enhance service delivery, the County Public Service Board Bungoma establishes the Bungoma County Irrigation Development Unit. This unit shall come into force immediately and shall operate as per section 14 (2) and (3) of the Irrigation Act, 2019 and the existing rules and guidelines. Dated the 10th September, 2024.
