NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1497, in Volume DI, Folio 398/1699, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Khaliif Elmi Omar, formerly known as Ali Mohamed Omar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ali Mohamed Omar and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Khaliif Elmi Omar for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Khaliif Elmi Omar only.
