NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 18, in Volume B-13, Folio 2370/21470, File No. 1637, by our client, Costa Maria Kalanda, formerly known as Maria Constencia Akinyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maria Constencia Akinyi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Costa Maria Kalanda, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Costa Maria Kalanda only.
