E5 OF 2024 By (1) Violet Masicha Barasa, (2) Lenah Naliaka Barasa, (3) Ernest Sitati Barasa and (4) Kenneth Willies Barasa, all of P.O. Box 920, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Barasa Misiko, late of Kakamega, who died on 28th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By Haji Omulisia Keya, of P.O. Box 399-50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keya Mutinyi Watako, who died on 30th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
