TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By (1) Kiamas Ndonga and (2) Ngubiru Samson Ndonga, both of P.O. Box 1051–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ndonga Gakuu alias Ndonga s/o Gakuu alias Gakuu Samson Ndonga alias Samson Ndonga Gakuo, who died on 9th December, 2016. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By (1) Agnes Nyambura Muriuki, (2) Stephen Mugo Muriuki, (3) Caroline Wamuyu Muriuki and (4) Charles Ndiritu Muriuki, all of P.O. Box 85, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Muriuki Karobia, who died on 29th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
