TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Mugo Kabiru and (2) James Muriuki Kabiru, both of P.O. Box 13–10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabiru Njogu, who died on 28th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Njeri Kago and (2) Marion Wanjiku Kago, both of P.O. Box 23, Sagana in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kago Ng’ang’a, who died on 2nd February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
