TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Joseph Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1244–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant probate of written will to the estate of Yves Claude Alian Hiernaux alias Yves Claude A. Hiernaux, who died at Auderghem, on 12th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
