E81 OF 2023 By (1) Irene Nyamweru Gichuha and (2) Humprey Gathungu Gichuha, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abram Gichuha Kihara, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) Leah Naiyanae Moijoi, (2) Robert Salau Moijoi and (3) Irene Taloi Moijoi, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Supeet Moijoi, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2024 By (1) Njoroge John Thande and (2) Moses Mugwe Thande, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Thande Njoroge, who died at Noompopong Sub- location, on 3rd April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2024 By Mantina Ene Makau Ntegi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makau Nteti Parkeito, who died on 5th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
