TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By (1) Regina Marusoi and (2) Samwel Bett, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marusoi arap Cheptuiya alias Marusoi A. Chebatuiya, who died at Mutarakwa Sub-location, on 22nd December, 1974. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024 By (1) Daniel Kiptonui Cheruiyot, (2) Stephen Kiprotich Cheruiyot, (3) John Kiprono Cheruiyot and (4) David Kipngeno Cheruiyot, all of P.O. Box 153, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Murei, who died at Cheptugum, on 24th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
