Box 1106–80108, Mtwapa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Wanje Ziro, who died at Migundini, Kilifi County, on 15th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2024 By Esther Nzisa Makau the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Kanini Makau, who died at Hamisi Estate, on 5th February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2024 By (1) Moza Abdillahi Mohamed and (2) Khalid Arvind Kanji Patel, both of P.O. Box 85759–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khalida Arvind Kanji Patel, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 28th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
