Box 3737–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Oluoch Olal alias Meshack Oluoch Olala, who died at Mikindani, on 6th July, 2011. Box 17643–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benato Pirazzini, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 31st March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2024 By (1) Tapriya Jashuben Rajendra Ghanshyani and (2) Ghanshyam Mauji Tapriya, both of P.O. Box 99093–80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rajendra Ghanshyam Tapriya, who died at Sterling Hospital Ahmedabad, India, on 23rd April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
