Box 23, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erastus Gitau Karu, who died at Matumaini Sub-location, on 8th May, 2007. CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2024 By Kanchan Devraj Patel, of P.O. Box 9694–20112, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Devraj Savjibhai Donda, who died at Nakuru War Memorial, on 18th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E358 OF 2024 By (1) Zedi Kamau Murugi and (2) Ann Wamaitha Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 306, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njoki Sedi, who died at Molo Sub- location, on 8th October, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
