TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2024 By (1) Kariuki Samuel Obadih, (2) Rahab Wangui Karanja and (3) Ruth Wambui Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 2164, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victoria Wanjiru Mwangi, who died at Teachers Estate, on 29th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E370 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Wangari Kihara and (2) Virginia Njeri Kihara, both of P.O. Box 282–00510, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kihara Mwangi, who died at Bagaria Sub-location, on 1st July, 1996. Box 21, Menengai in Kenya, the deceased’s wdow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbui Ngumo, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2024 By Patrick Appolo Mwangi, of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wagaki Gitau Wanyiri, who died at Mwisho wa Lami, on 9th April, 2021.
