TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 23rd August, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E530 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Atieno Obumba, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obumba Mamba alias Obumba Mamba, who died on 6th May, 1985. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2024 By (1) Everline Atieno Were, (2) Pamela Akinyi Owuor and (3) Joseph Otieno Aluoch, all of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nices and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Oketch Ogada alias Akech Ogada alias Nelson Okech Ogada, who died at Nyalenda “B”, on 15th March, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
