E690 OF 2023 By Isaya Gumba Nyadhi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johanes Nyadhi Okwany alias Joanes Nyadhi Okwany, who died at Kamnua, Konya Sub-location, on 28th October, 1994. CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2024 By Lencer Atieno Omondi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Anyango Didi alias Anyango Didi, who died on 24th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2024 By Pamela Apiyo Ogola, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ogola Ojinga, who died at Wathorego in 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
