E531 OF 2022 By (1) Beatrice Akinyi Odari and (2) Caroline Atieno Ayieko, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Magolo Odari, who died at Kanyamedha, Kogony, on 14th May, 1998. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2024 By Grace Aoko Agak, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Agak Nyamwanda alias Charles Agak, who died on 1st April, 1989. CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2024 By Abisai Munavi Vohongi, of P.O. Box 1369–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Gideon Asubwa, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 19th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
