E684 OF 2023 By Elly Onyango Ndede, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Corrnel Ndede Otiu, who died on 26th September, 1988. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2024 By Brian Allan Oluoch, of P.O. Box 28843–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Atieno Oluoch, who died on 27th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
