E79 OF 2024 By Peter Gatiria Wainaina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wainaina Gachoka, who died at Gathanji, on 30th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Gitonga Kahwai and (2) Josphat Ng’ang’a Kahwai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahwai Gitonga, who died at Kalimoni, on 4th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
