TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2024 By Ruth Wakonyo Kabundu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Wangoi Mbugwa alias Wangui Kanyeria, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2002. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By Ruth Wakonyo Kabundu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kanyeria Chege alias Simon Chege, who died at Mt. Longonot Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
