TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Roise Wamaitha Mwangi, of P.O. Box 7–10200, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Kibe, who died at Kambirwa Sub-location, on 11th April,1997. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wangui Kibe and (2) Margret Njeri Murigi, both of P.O. Box 5255, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Murigi Ndungu, who died at Naidu Hospital in Kenya, on 5th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2024 By Julius Githua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jomo Githua, who died at Kigio Location in 1964. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
