TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2024 By Jane Nyambura Mwangi, of P.O. Box 7–214, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Joseck, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2024 By Peter Mwangi Mbatia, of P.O. Box 7–10200, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jurusha Waiyego Mbatia, who died at Nairobi, on 1st December, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
