CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2024 By Charles Gitahi Mbuthia, of P.O. Box 30–10108, Giakanja in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mbuthia Kamoni, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2004.
