E70 OF 2024 By John Mwangi Njoroge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Nganga Njoroge, who died on 16thSeptember, 2010. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2024 By John Ngochi Kenneth Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Kuria Gachuhi, who died at Kabati, on 3rd January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2024 By Peter Wahinya Wagacha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wagacha Wahinya, who died at Maai Mahiu, on 23rd September, 1995.
