TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 162 OF 2022 By Syombua Nzuki, of P.O. Box 740–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nzuki Kyuli, who died at Kalandini Sub-location, on 1st September, 2006. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2022 By Michael Nzau Muli, of P.O. Box 121–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Muli Nzavi, who died at Nguluni, Machakos, on 19th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2024 By (1) Julius Nzomo Kiili and (2) George Muisyo Kiili, both of P.O. Box 204–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kiili, who died on 7th May, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
