E14 OF 2024 By (1) David Kabiru Kigarde and (2) Virginia Nyakiugu Lepason, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lepaso ole Kikarde, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2023. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Wuantai Meitamei and (2) Sophia Nasieku Meitamei, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flora Wanjiru Meitamei alias Flora Wanjiru Maitamei, who died on 29th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By (1) Beatrice Wawuda Mwanjama and (2) Patience Tamarah Idaya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nickson Lumwangi Agusioma alias Nickson Agusioma Lumwagi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2024.
