E40 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Seleyian Sankale and (2) Jacob Kibet Luley, the deceased’s widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Kipchumba Kosgey, who died at Kiserian, on 4th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2024 By (1) Antonieta Naimutie Kaurrai and (2) Patrick Benson Senewa, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdaline Njeri Senewa, who died on 9th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By Angela Pain Samperu, of P.O. Box 887–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeddidah Samperu Gathi alias Gathii Jeddidah Samperu alias Jedidah Gathii, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
