E473 OF 2023 By (1) Joanes Otieno Onditi and (2) Caroline Ogada Misawo, the deceased’s nephew and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Auma Misawo, who died at Nguge Sub-location, on 17th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2024 By Rebecca Adhiambo Omondi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Omondi Musando, who died at Siaya, on 1st May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2024 By Aggrey Otieno Aduda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Aduda Olale alias Aloo Olale, who died at Gongo Sub-location, on 30th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
