E264 OF 2024 By (1) Samson Mwita Maroah and (2) Francis Mwita Maroa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wasiko Mwita, who died at Nyamaharaga Sub-location, on 11th June 2006. CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2024 By Samuel Jimbo Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ongoro Jimbo, who died at District Hospital, Homa Bay in Kenya, on 3rd April, 2014. CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2024 By Bonface Okinyi Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angelina Atieno Onyango alias Anjelina Atieno Onyango, who died at Ojele Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
