TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2024 By (1) Yudita Nyambura Mwangi and (2) Everlyn Wambui Kamau, both of P.O. Box 116–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dan Mwangi Gacheru, who died at St. Lukes, on 27th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2024 By Augustine Kipketer Rop, of P.O. Box 3069–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapkili Rongosi, who died at Seiyo, Mugundoi, on 14th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
