TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By Wilson Cheruiyot Kilel, of P.O. Box 63, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sowe Ruto, who died at Kapkoros Sub-location, on 15th May, 1976. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By (1) David Chepkwony Kimetto and (2) Elizabeth Chepngetich Kimetto, both of P.O. Box 4, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimetto Tole alias Kimeto Tole, who died at Kapsimotwo Sub-location, on 8th May, 1947. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
