TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Karano and (2) Stephen Karanu Gathenja, both of P.O. Box 30124, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Waruga Karanu, who died at Mutuini. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By Jane Wanjiku Chege, of P.O. Box 128, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Chege Ndura alias Johana Chege Ndura, who died at Turi Farmers, on 11th May, 1991. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Thambai Gachoka, (2) Paul Ndungu and (3) Joyce Muthoni Gachoka, both of P.O. Box 140, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gachoka Karonga alias David Kachoka Karonga, who died at Mona, on 13th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
