E97 OF 4 By Willington Karisa Karisa Balagashi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwinyi Balagashi alias Mwinyi Baragashi, who died at Junju, on 7th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2024 By Nyadzua Tuva Ambrose, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tuva Runya Ruba, who died at Kilifi, on 13th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2024 By (1) Karabu Ponda Hinzano and (2) Alex Ponda Hinzano, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chengo Hinzano Ponda alias Chengo Hinzano, who died at Ezamoyo, Ngerenya, on 2nd January, 2014.
