E60 OF 2024 By Giovanna Strazzullo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antonio Quartucci, who died on 21st November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By (1) Sikubali Charo Kiti and (2) Sadaka Charo Kithi, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kithi Karisa, who died on 17th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By Carolina Katana Wanje, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Wanje Kihundu alias Katana Wanje, who died on 2nd September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
