Box 46–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutunga Kivindu, who died at Kapsoya, on 27th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By Damaris Mbithe Mwala, of P.O. Box 66–90300, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwala Mwange Mbuvi alias Mwala Mwange, who died at Kako, on 17th October, 1988. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2024 By (1) Mulewa Musau Mutwii and (2) Obed Wambua Mutui, both of P.O. Box 33, Mukimwani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutwii Ndangili Maliu, who died at Mukimwani, on 18th August, 1992.
