TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024 By Christopher Wanyonyi Masibo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Wanyonyi Nandasaba, who died at Milo Sub-location, on 9th July, 1969. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By (1) Emmanuel Juma Khaemba and (2) David Wamalwa Khaemba, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khaemba Musiondo, who died at Milo Sub- location, on 1st August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
